Tuesday Nights at Our House

It has been one month since we started our Tuesday night classes, and we are so thankful for what God is doing!

Every Tuesday evening, a group of people gathers at our home to hear God's Word and learn about Becoming Whole in Christ, understanding God's design, healing from the past, and growing in emotional and spiritual maturity. We have 20 to 30 people coming each week, depending on the rain! We may soon need more space and more chairs, and what a wonderful problem to have.

Our evenings are simple. We share snacks and fellowship, worship together, and spend time in teaching, with plenty of room for questions and conversation. There is nothing fancy about it, but we are seeing God use these simple evenings in beautiful ways.

  • What's happening at our place.

We have always recognized that God gave us this house and that it all belongs to Him. So seeing Him open our home as a place where people can gather, learn, and grow is very special to us.

We hear people's stories. We see hearts beginning to open and tears of healing. We see people discovering that their identity is not defined by what has happened to them, what others have said about them, or even by their past mistakes, but by who they are in Christ.

And we know that God is doing something much bigger than us. That is what it is all about.

A word of encouragement for you

Maybe you feel stuck because of something in your past, something someone has done to you, or even because of mistakes you have made yourself. But your past does not have the final word about who you are.

God cares about the broken places in our lives. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3

There is hope for healing, growth, and a new way of living in Christ.

If you need prayer, let us know. We would be honored to pray for you.
